PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor which causes functions provided in respective processors to cooperate with one another according to an environment at that time when performing communication with the peripheral processor and causing the peripheral processor to perform processing. SOLUTION: The operation detection means of the processor is configured to detect an operation, and when the operation is detected by the operation detection means, a requesting means requests the transmission of the function to the other processor, and a reception means receives a reply from the other processor in response to a request made by the requesting means, and a selection means selects the other processor from which the reply has been received by the reception means, and a communication means communicates with the other processor selected by the selection means.
