PURPOSE: A high pressure heat exchanger is provided to secure high pressure resistance of a header tank because a through hole separating wall is formed in the tank body. CONSTITUTION: A high pressure heat exchanger comprises a tank body, a tank seat(1120), a tube(1200), a heat exchange medium intake pipe, and a heat exchange medium discharge pipe. The tank body comprises a first inner through hole(1111), a second inner through hole(1112), and a body slot. A heat exchange medium flows through the first inner through hole. The second inner through hole is formed between the exterior of the tank body and the first inner through hole and separated from the first inner through hole. The body slot is connected to the first and the second inner through hole. The tank seat comprises a seat slot(1123) connected to the body slot and is coupled to the exterior of the tank body. One end of the tube inserted via the seat slot into the body slot is located outside the first inner through hole so as to completely open the first inner through hole. The heat exchange medium intake pipe and the heat exchange medium discharge pipe are connected to the first inner through hole.
