<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip with cover in which a holding force is high, various shape and design requests are satisfied, manufacturing costs are low, and data is printable on the entire clip surface. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The clip with cover is composed by disposing a cover in a clip constructed by tightly holding a sheet insertion part as an auxiliary function for inserting a sheet by an elastic holding tool. The cover is disposed successively from the sheet insertion side tip of the sheet insertion part held more on the outside by the elastic holding tool. The cover is further folded to the outside in a predetermined position, the sheet insertion part is covered with the cover, and the insertion sheet part held on the other outermost side of the clip is further covered with the cover.
