This present invention details a simple water heated system which supplies continuous supply of heated water in all weather conditions, during day and night time utilising solar energy via solar panel, conventional / emmerser heater powered by battery or mains supply and wind turbine generated power. A solar panel comprising of heat exchanger made of thin anodised black aluminium sheet and plastic sheet to entrap sunlight is attached to water tank and act as source of heated water. The heat exchanger is made of black anodised aluminium coupled with plastic sheet incorporated in plastic container into which the water flows from bottom of the tank and the heated water returning via outlet to higher level of the tank. The heat exchanger is contained in UV protected black plastic tray which is tilted. The solar panel acts as heat absorber through aluminium sheet containing water, energy of sun transmitted via plastic sheet or panel and heated intensity attenuated through greenhouse, black body and closed system effects. The solar panel which is cheap and easy to assemble provides water heating for usage in undeveloped and developing countries. |
