<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film excellent in flatness even when the film is formed by the screen printing method or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A fine particle slurry includes inorganic fine particles (A) composed of alumina fine particles (A1) and silica fine particles (A2), a binder resin (B), water (C), and a 3-6C aliphatic alcohol (D) at a weight ratio (D/C) of the 3-6C aliphatic alcohol (D) to the water (C) of 0.01-0.9.
