PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of making better a punching face of an object by heating a punching blade. SOLUTION: This trimming die punches the punching face of the punching object arranged between upper and lower surface plates 91, 92, by a trimming die 1A provided in at least one of the upper and lower surface plates 91, 92, and the trimming die 1A is provided with a heater 13 for heating the punching blade 12. The heater 13 may be constituted using an electric heating wire, an infrared heater or the like.
