PURPOSE: An angle-adjustable coal fuel cell unit is provided to uniformly disperse a carbon-containing material to the surface of a reaction cell, and to control the reaction time of a carbon component. CONSTITUTION: An angle-adjustable coal fuel cell unit(100) comprises a reaction cell module(10), a fuel transfer module(20), a gas transfer module(30), and a housing(40). The reaction cell module is formed with a reaction cell. The reaction cell includes an anode inducing the oxidation reaction of carbon components inside a carbon containing material by contacting the material, a cathode inducing the reduction reaction of oxygen, and an electrolyte.
