PURPOSE: A sewing needle, a sewing method of a down-jumper using thereof, and the down-jumper are provided to maximally inserting a lower thread to sewing holes for preventing down filling the down-jumper from falling out from the jumper. CONSTITUTION: A sewing needle comprises a head unit in a rod shape, a body unit including a guide unit and a protrusion, and an insertion unit with a needle eye on the opposite side of the guide unit. A sewing method of a down jumper using the needle comprises the following steps: inserting an upper thread(51) to an outer fabric(31) and a lining(33) to form a sewing line(50); widening a sewing hole(55) using the protrusion of the needle; hanging the upper thread to a groove of a bobbin case; weaving a lower thread(53); and inserting the lower thread to the widened sewing hole.
