PURPOSE: Repetitive race observing device and method are intended to enhance the health of a user by providing exercise measures and nutrient exercise suitable for the use and to provide the health related information and the body related information, such as the cardiovascular endurance of each user, based on the records of repetitive race. CONSTITUTION: A repetitive race observing method is as follows. In order for the distance between consecutive two bases to be constant, a plurality of bases, which are arranged according to a given topology, are identified and each base is assigned to a user as a start base(S310). A signal is output, which instructs each user to run from the start base to a target base for a predetermined time according to a predetermined test mode. Arrival signals which are created when users arrive at the target base are received from the target bases and the information on the times in which the arrival signals are received is stored as a record of a user assigned to the target base. It is determined whether the record satisfies a predetermined failure condition and if yes, it is determined the user assigned to the target base has failed(S340). If the test is completed, the records before the failure of all users are provided(S360).
