PURPOSE: A water passing pipe having a connecting unit for flanges is provided to prevent water leakage by preventing damage and deformation of both flange portions due to distortion and compressive force. CONSTITUTION: A water passing pipe having a connecting unit for flanges comprises a pipe body(100), both flanges(200), and a pair of connecting bands(300). The pipe body comprises a water flow passage(110). The both flanges are projected from both ends of the pipe body. Each connecting band comprises a fixing ring used as a cover(310), a settling member(320), a connecting member(330), and a support sill(340). The fixing ring used as a cover surrounds top portions(210) of the both flanges. The settling member faces the free end of an opening of the fixing ring used as a cover. The settling member fixes the fixing ring on the outside of the top portions. The connecting member connects flanges.
