The bread is prepared by using a mixture that comprises 200g of wheat flour, 100 g of whole-grain flour, half cup of oil, milk, 100 g of sugar, salt, 4 to 5 ripen bananas and baking soda. The wheat flour and the whole-grain flour are mixed in a ratio of 2:1. The mixture is stirred for 20 seconds, and placed in a baking pan at a temperature of 180 degree Celsius for 50 minutes. The pan is cooled for 10 minutes before taking the bread from the pan.
