<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine which prevents drawing from being performed using a numerical value different from a numerical value extracted at the timing of performing a game start operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When numerical data are stored in a random number value register, a main control part 41 inhibits the fetch of new numerical data until read is performed, also confirms whether or not the numerical data are latched in the random number value register at the point of time at which a defined number of bet numbers satisfying a game start condition are set and at the point of time at which a control state before power interruption is restored after power supply, and is brought into a state where the new numerical data can be fetched by reading the numerical data of the random number value register as a dummy when the numerical data are latched in the random number value register.
