<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coating booth equipment with higher superiority and advantages to a wet cleaning system. <P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical filter unit 6 whose cylinder peripheral surface part is formed of a filter medium is equipped inside a filter chamber 4 communicating with a coating work chamber 1 through an inter-chamber opening 11, and a structure of keeping the inside of the cylindrical filter unit 6 in a negative pressure state by suction exhaust through a suction exhaust path 21 while allowing the rotation is attained. The coating booth equipment is provided with a coating layer formation means T for forming an air permeable coating layer S for filtration comprising a powder coating agent on the outer surface of the filter medium in the cylindrical filter unit 6, and recovery means 29 and 32 for exfoliating the coating layer S where a coating material is accumulated by collection of floating coating material mist m from the filter medium of the cylindrical filter unit 6 and recovering it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
