<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give an instruction at a proper timing to a worker to get orders from a customer whose serving dish is empty, or the like in a restaurant or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An instruction system includes: mobile terminals 1 each giving an instruction to a worker to serve a customer; a server 2 receiving voice data of each worker, the time when the voice data is acquired, and position data or the like of each worker transmitted from the mobile terminal 1, and transmitting, to the mobile terminal 1, an instruction for supporting the service work of the worker; and a worker state database 21 storing positional relation between the workers in the restaurant, and execution information showing the content of a current work of each worker or a non-work state; a serving dish 30 including a residual quantity measurement instrument 31 and a communication means 32, and transmitting, to a TTO (Table Top Ordering) terminal 40, that a measured residual quantity of the content is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold value when it is detected; and the TTO terminal 40 disposed in a plurality of tables, transmitting, to the server 2, absolute position information, and that the residual quantity of the content of the vessel 30 is equal to or less than the predetermined threshold value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
