A table plate (1) is provided with a coolant channel (2) for allowing coolant to pass therethrough. The coolant channel (2) including at least one of a pipe and a path, the pipe being in contact with at least one of a back surface (1a) and an outer peripheral surface of the table plate (1) and the path being disposed in the table plate (1). At least a portion of the coolant channel (2) is disposed in areas which are outside a reference hole (1b, 12b) and which correspond to two or more of four quadrants (A, B, C, D) of the table plate (1), the four quadrants (A, B, C, D) being defined by two perpendicular lines intersecting at an axial center of the rotating shaft (3) in a plan view, the reference hole (1b, 12b) being formed in the table plate (1) such that the reference hole (1b, 12b) is coaxial with the rotating shaft (3). The coolant channel (2) has an inlet end (2A) and an outlet end (2B) that open in one of the outer peripheral surface of the table plate (1) and an outer peripheral surface (3a) of the rotating shaft (3), the inlet end (2A) and the outlet end (2B) being respectively connected to a coolant-supplying path (41) and a coolant-collecting path (42) through a rotary joint. |
