PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for fastening a curing sheet, which is used when the curing sheet is provided in a tensioned state in prefabricated scaffolding, which can cope with the unevenness, occurring on a stretching job site, of the distance between the curing sheet and a copper pipe of the prefabricated scaffolding, and which makes a fastening operation rapid. SOLUTION: A fastening implement body 2 is composed of a cord member; and connectors 3 capable of being freely attached/detached through one-touch operation are provided at both ends of the fastening implement body 2, respectively. The fastening implement body 2 is provided around the outer periphery of the copper pipe 15 of the prefabricated scaffolding, and passed through the binding hole 17 of the curing sheet 16; and the curing sheet 16 is provided in a tensioned state. The loosening of the fastening implement body 2 is coped with by making the cord members cross each other and doubly winding the cord member around a steel pipe 15.
