Intentions can be determined with high accuracy with a brain information-outputting device that is provided with a first brain activity data-acquiring unit that acquires first brain activity data of a user when said user indicates one intention, a second brain activity data-acquiring unit that acquires second brain activity data of said user when said user indicates said one intention, a first probability-calculating unit that calculates, for individual intention identifiers, a first probability that said one indicated intention is an intention that corresponds to one intention identifier, out of multiple intention identifiers, from the first brain activity data, a second probability-calculating unit that calculates, for individual intention identifiers, a second probability that said one indicated intention is an intention that corresponds to one intention identifier, out of multiple intention identifiers, from the second brain activity data, an intention-determining unit that acquires an intention identifier using said first probability and said second probability, and an output unit that outputs said intention identifier.
