The bearing bush (5) has a rotationally symmetrical, particularly cylindrical base (6) and operating bags (8,9) formed in an interior counter (7) and exterior contour (21). The bags come out from a front surface (10) of the base. A supporting element (13) is arranged in the bags over the lateral surfaces (12,22) of the base. The bearing bush is made up of plastic. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a bearing bush.
