<p>Disclosed is a printing method for over-printing on a color ink print by means of an ink-jet printer, wherein the adhesion between a color ink layer and an over print layer can be improved, the surface of the over print can be planarized, and the printing of a glossy image or a decorative color can be achieved. The printing method is characterized by comprising the following steps (1) to (6) in sequence: (1) forming a UV-curable color ink layer on the surface of a recording medium; (2) irradiating the color ink layer with a weak UV ray; (3) forming an over print layer on the color ink layer; (4) allowing the resulting product to stand for a predetermined period to planarize the surface of the over print layer; (5) irradiating the color ink layer and the over print layer with a weak UV ray; and (6) irradiating the color ink layer and the over print layer with a strong UV ray to cure the color ink layer and the over print layer.</p> |
