PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device which makes it possible to perform ordinary photographing and special photographing approximately at the same time.

SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device 10 includes a plurality of pixel portions 100. Each of the plurality of pixel portions 100 includes a photoelectric conversion portion 11 and floating gates FG1, FG2 capable of selectively storing charge generated in the photoelectric conversion portion 11. A reading circuit 20 is provided for independently reading signals corresponding to amounts of charges stored in the respective floating gates FG1, FG2s.
