PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precipitator for easily performing solid-liquid separation of raw water. SOLUTION: There are provided the precipitator, wherein a sheet-like membrane is arranged in parallel in the flow direction of flocculated flock water, in the vicinity of an inflow part of the raw water, and multiplexly developed with spaces between adjacent sheet-like membranes, and a treating method of raw water using the apparatus.
