FIELD: weapons and ammunition. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed cartridge comprises two flaps arranged one above the other and pivoted together to open relative to complete round lengthwise axis, and allows clamping various type sizes of complete rounds. Top flap inner surface accommodates toothed damper made from plate rubber shape with its toothed lengthwise cross section locking radially and axially the complete round by its teeth. To lock complete round axially backward, top flap accommodates spring-key mechanism with spring-loaded keys directed parallel to cartridge lengthwise axis. Every key has a ledge directed inside the cartridge to interact with complete round of particular standard size.
