PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign matter collecting device with a cooler achieving a superior foreign matter collecting capability and compactification. SOLUTION: The foreign matter collecting device with cooler is equipped with a casing 30 opened with an introduction port 31 and a discharge port 32, a foreign matter collecting part Pt formed in a bottom of the casing 30, a bulkhead Wp with a base end on a top face Wt of the casing, extended toward the foreign matter collecting part Pt, and partitioning an area in the casing 30 excluding the foreign matter collecting part Pt into an introduction port side passage part Pi and a discharge port side passage part Pe, a first cooler 33 disposed in the introduction port side passage part Pi, and a second cooler 34 disposed in the discharge port side passage part Pe. An introduction port side fin passage FPi and a discharge port side fin passage FPe are both in parallel with a gravity direction, and a fin pitch of discharge port side cooling fins 34b is smaller in comparison with a fin pitch of introduction port side cooling fins 33b.
