摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of reinforcing an end part of a belt conveyer, capable of enhancing an end part strength of the belt conveyer, and allowing reinforcement not to project a joint fitting drilled into the belt end part from a surface of a belt body, and junction structure for the belt conveyer. SOLUTION: A conveyer belt 1 is provided to be laminated with cover rubber 3 on upper and under faces of a core material layer 2. A reinforcing cloth 4 is arranged between the cover rubber 3 in the belt end part and core material layer 2 therein. Junction pins 10 are drilled from the reinforcing cloth 4 into the core material layer 2, to connect endlessly the conveyer belt 1. The reinforcing cloth 4, the junction pins 10 and the cover rubber 3 are integrated in an inside of the cover rubber 3 by thermo-compression bonding. The junction pins 10 drilled into the core material layer 2 are fixed to an inner side of the reinforcing cloth 4 and the cover rubber 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
