<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact device without reducing noise canceling effects. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A microphone device in an electronic apparatus includes: a front case 11 and a rear case 12 forming at least a part of an enclosure KTS; a first hole 21a provided almost in the center of a width direction of the front case; a second hole 21b provided almost in the center of a width direction of the rear case and at a position displaced in a length direction of the enclosure from the first hole 21a; a first microphone unit 32 disposed inside the enclosure along a direction toward the front case so as to receive voice from the first hole; a second microphone unit 33 disposed inside the enclosure in a direction toward the rear case at a position displaced in a width direction from the first microphone unit; and a voice conduction member 34 including a voice path for guiding the voice from the second hole so as to be received by the second microphone unit.
