PURPOSE: A hemming apparatus for a vehicle panel is provided to reduce the time for hemming work by carrying out hemming of inner and outer panels at a time. CONSTITUTION: A hemming apparatus for a vehicle panel comprises a die, a plurality of panel control units, a multi-functional tool head(15), and a robot. The die sets a panel. The panel control units including a clamp and a cylinder are arranged along the edge of the die to hold the panel. The multi-functional tool head is equipped with two or more rollers. The robot alternately operates the rollers of the multi-functional tool head to carry out hemming.
