PURPOSE: An automatic roll-forming machine is provided to integrally form even a thick steel plate through control according to the thickness and width of a steel plate. CONSTITUTION: An automatic roll-forming machine comprises a plurality of sets(5), a bottom roll set, a top roll set, and a guide roll set. The sets comprise supporting shafts on supports. The bottom roll set comprises bottom support parts and bottom shafts equipped with bottom rolls. The top roll set comprises top shafts. The guide roll set comprises guide rolls which are arranged at the height increasing from the entry to the exit.
