Composite materials manufacturing method for forming acoustic attenuation panel of turbojet engine of aircraft, involves placing pre-impregnated matter in mold, and carrying out polymerization of pre-impregnated matter

The method involves forming a pre-impregnated matter (1) e.g. hexel(RTM: composite material) containing glass fiber mixed with epoxy resin, in a flat state. Perforations i.e. holes (3), are formed on the flat pre-impregnated matter by a heating punching device, where the device has a needle or wedge (2) heated at a temperature higher than 100 degrees Celsius. The matter is placed in a mold, and polymerization e.g. thermal polymerization, of the matter is carried out, where the matter is prepared from fibers e.g. carbon fiber, glass fiber or mixture of carbon and glass fibers.
