<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an addition reaction type silicone emulsion composition for mold-release excellent in curability, having good pot-life and shelf-life, and suitable to be dried by a hot roller. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This silicone emulsion composition for mold-release include the following components A-G: (A) 100 pts.mass of an organopolysiloxane of formulas (1) and/or (2); (B) 1-50 pts.mass of an organohydrogen polysiloxane of formula (3) wherein hydrogen occupies 31-5 mol% of the entire substituents; (C) 1-50 pts.mass of an organohydrogen polysiloxane of formula (4) wherein hydrogen occupies 10-30 mol% of the entire substituents; (D) 0.5-10 pts.mass of a nonionic surfactant having HLB of 10-15, pH of ≤6.5 and ion conductance of ≤30 μS/cm; (E) 1-20 pts.mass of a polyvinyl alcohol having saponification degree of 86-98 mol%, wherein 4% aqueous solution thereof has viscosity of 4-100 mPa s at 20°C; (F) 80-1,000 pts.wt. of water; and (G) 0.001-0.05 pts.wt. of a platinum complex in terms of platinum.
