<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turntable apparatus which is capable of highly precise turn control, is superior in soundlessness, and is miniaturized easily. <P>SOLUTION: According to the turntable apparatus, a pedestal 13 for fixing a rotated body 14 is fixed to an output rotating shaft 22 of a vibration wave motor 19. The barycenter of the total mass of the pedestal 13 and the rotated body 14 is shifted from the output rotating shaft 22. One end of a compressive spring 12 is fixed to a position shifted from the rotating shaft 22, so that a pressure-application force by the compressive spring 12 is transformed into a rotation torque around the output rotating shaft 22. The barycenter of the total mass of the pedestal 13 and the rotated body 14 is on a gravity line. When a force axis generated by the compressive spring 12 and the other end of the compressive spring 12 are on this gravity line, the compressive spring 12 is in the maximum compression state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
