<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation invalidation system and an operation invalidation method capable of using a simple constitution as a system constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A common electronic key 24 capable of simultaneously invalidation-switching a plurality of vehicles 1 while using the same communication infra-structure as the electronic key 2 as a key for performing operation when the operation state of the vehicle 1 is switched to the invalidation state.
