HYBRID SUPERCAPACITOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid supercapacitor capable of minimizing electrode internal resistance and ESR by using an integrated type electrode including neither a current collector nor a binder while maintaining advantages of increases in energy and output density by an increase in total cell potential that a hybrid type supercapacitor has.

SOLUTION: The hybrid supercapacitor includes a carbon aerogel anode and a transition metal nitride aerogel cathode.
