<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power measuring device or the like having a configuration or the like for simplifying construction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electric power measuring device includes clamp type CT(1)2 and CT(2)3 for gripping and attaching an electric power line 1 in order to measure the current in the electric power line 1 whose electric power is to be measured, electrodes 5, 6 and 7 for measuring the voltage in the power line by electrostatic coupling in non-contact via a covering part for covering the power line 1, a current detection unit 8 for detecting the current by the CT(1)2 and CT(2)3 attached to the power line 1, a voltage detection unit 10 for detecting the voltage by the electrodes 5, 6 and 7 attached to the power line 1, a control unit 13 for calculating the electric power in the power line 1 and electric energy obtained by integrating the electric power for a predetermined time based on the current value detected by the current detection unit 8 and the voltage value detected by the voltage detection unit 10 and a communication unit 16 for communicating a signal including data of electric energy.
