INTEGRATED BIO-CHIP AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE INTEGRATED BIO-CHIP

PURPOSE: An integrated bio-chip and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify bio-material detection apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An integrated bio-chip comprises: a substrate(110) having a plurality of reaction zones(140) to which sample is attached; a sample reaction unit(100) having an excitation light absorption waveguide(120); and a sample detection unit(200) which is coupled to the sample reaction unit and to detect fluorescence released from the sample. The excitation light absorption waveguide comprises a color filter core which penetrates fluorescence emitted from the sample and absorbs excitation light. A method for manufacturing the integrated bio-chip comprises: a step of preparing the sample reaction unit having the plurality of excitation light absorption waveguide; a step of preparing the sample detection unit having a plurality of pixels; and a step of welding the sample reaction unit and sample detection unit.
