PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device capable of inexpensively and correctly performing its inspection. SOLUTION: In an LCD module including an odd number data terminal 36 for giving a signal DO to data lines 6 of a set of odd numbers via respective N type TFTs 26 upon inspection, an even number data terminal 35 for giving a signal DE to data lines 6 of a set of even numbers via respective N type TFTs 27 upon inspection, a control terminal 34 for giving a control signalϕC to gates of the N type TFTs 26 and 27 upon inspection and a plurality of data terminals 30 for giving gradation potential VG to the plurality of data lines 6 upon usual operation, the pitch of the terminals 34 to 36 used upon inspection is longer than the pitch of the plurality of data terminals 30.
