PURPOSE: An induction range is provided to reduce the direct heat transmission between a top plate and a coil by arranging a blocker between the coil and the top plate. CONSTITUTION: A coil(100) forms a magnetic field according to the flow of a current. A top plate(120) is arranged on the coil. An object is formed on the top plate to be heated. A blocker(110) is arranged between the coil and the top plate to block the direct heat transmission between the coil and the top plate. The blocker is made of synthetic resin with thermal conductivity below 0.05 W/mk and includes a plurality of protrusions protrude to the top plate. A cooling fan(160) circulates the air between the top plate and the blocker. |
