PURPOSE: A dental implant abutment is provided, which can be transplanted in the exact direction in the cementation of a customized abutment and a CAD/CAM exclusive abutment. CONSTITUTION: A dental implant abutment includes: an adhesive protrusion part which is connected to the upper part of a fixture through a joint part and expanded to the top of the joint part; a CAD/CAM exclusive abutment(100) which is formed in the columnar direction of the adhesive protrusion part and has a guide fixing unit guiding the combining direction; and a customized abutment(10) which is combined to the top of the CAD/CAM exclusive abutment and has an adhesive passage hole coping with the appearance of the adhesive protrusion to accept the adhesive protrusion. |
