PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an active matrix organic light emitting diode device is provided to drive each pixels by including at least two thin film transistors and one storing capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A source region and a column line are patterned on a substrate through a photo-lithography process. A through interlinking unit is patterned through the photo-lithography process in order to electrically connect the thin film transistors of a pixel circuit(TFT1, TFT2) and the drain/source region of a driver transistor to an organic light emitting diode material. A gate and thermal material are applied and is processed using the photo-lithography process. An upper electrode material is applied.
