<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a region inside/outside determination system, a region inside/outside determination method, a map information generation system and a map information generation method for improving the precision of information when obtaining entrance/exit information for managing entrance/exist to a prescribed region by using traffic line information obtained by a radio communication means, and for easily creating/registering map information necessary for obtaining the entrance/exit information. <P>SOLUTION: This region inside/outside determination system for determining whether or not a user or the like is located in a prescribed management object region includes: a location information input part 24 for inputting location information showing the time-sequential location of the user or the like; a map information storage part 27 for storing map information related with the management object region of the region inside/outside determination; a location/map information collation part 12 for collating the location information with the map information; and a region inside/outside determination part 13 for determining whether or not the location of the user or the like is present in the management object region from the collation result of the location/map information collation part 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
