<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a six-wheel walking aid vehicle to assist a walking disabled person to walk in a house not made barrier free by eliminating steps in the house. <P>SOLUTION: The six-wheel walking aid vehicle includes a pair of free front wheels 1, a pair of fixed middle wheels 2, and a pair of free rear wheels 3 attached to a pair of vertically movable arms 4. When the vehicle is to go over a step, by tilting the whole walking aid vehicle rearward making the middle wheels 2 as an axis, the rear wheels 3 attached to the arms 4 are sunk and thereby the front wheels 1 are raised to enable the vehicle to go over the step.
