摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device with variations in thickness of functional film resrained, a method of manufacturing the electrooptical device, and an electronic apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electrooptical device (organic EL device 11) includes luminous elements formed on an element substrate, and barrier ribs 62 partitioning the luminous elements and having a first region 62a and a second region 62b with different heights. At least one membrane constituting the luminous element is formed with a liquid process. A laminate film 69 for relatively differentiating a liquid-repellant property between the first region 62a and the second region 62b is transferred on a region with a larger height out of the first region 62a and the second region 62b.
