PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the output torque of an engine to make change of the output torque of the engine for compensating change of consumption torque of an accessory not delay to the change of consumption torque in a vehicle equipped with the accessory driven by the engine. SOLUTION: Target correction torqueΔTet of the engine 14 is operated (blocks 118-122) based on target consumption torque Tareq of an alternator 36 which is the accessory (block 114), and output torque of the engine is corrected and controlled based on the target correction torque of the engine (block 124). Target consumption torque Tareq is delayed to the target correction torque of the engine by prescribed delay time, and consumption torque of the alternator 36 is controlled based on target consumption torque Talpd of the alternator 36 after delay process (blocks 126, 128).
