PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor structure having excellent durability and achieving excellent workability in construction work and to provide a construction method for the anchor structure. SOLUTION: This anchor structure A is provided with an anchor cable 2, a corrugated sheath 4, a first partitioning member 5A, primary grout, secondary grout, and an anticorrosive material. The anchor cable 2 is a strand 2t having a resin covering 2r. The corrugated sheath 4 is a tubular member storing the anchor cable 2 in its inside. The first partitioning member 5A divides the anchor cable 2 into a fixed length part 3A and a free length part 3B. The primary grout is filled into the corrugated sheath 4 on an innermost side of a drilled hole H more than the partitioning member 5A. The secondary grout is filled between the drilled hole H and the corrugated sheath 4.
