Mg-BASED STRUCTURED MEMBER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Mg-based structured member having a corrosion resistant film constituted of an element which is safe in environment and having a low environmental load in a manufacturing process even in a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The corrosion resistant film is a film consisting essentially of apatite having high thermodynamic stability even in calcium phosphate having a low environmental load is employed as the corrosion resistant film. The surface of a base material of the Mg-based structured member is covered by the film consisting essentially of apatite crystals and the film and the base material are integrally formed via a magnesium hydroxide layer. In the Mg-based structured member, the surface of the film is coated with a resin paint and the film has 1 to 5μm thickness. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
