PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the flowing of oil-and-fat components comprised in wastewater into sewage, and further, to effectively utilize the recovered oil-and-fat components as recycled resources. SOLUTION: The oil-and-fat components removing device is composed of: an oil skimmer pumping up fats and oils to be stored in the upper face of a separation tank; and an oil tank storing the fats and oils captured by the oil skimmer, wherein the space between the oil tank and the oil skimmer is provided with a releasing plate, the fats and oils released by the oil skimmer are introduced into the oil tank through the releasing plate, and further, wastewater containing fats and oils which has not been removed by the oil skimmer is further separated into water and fats and oils by an auxiliary separator.
