PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a cured resin film capable of efficiently forming the resin film having a sufficiently low degree of brightness in order to be used as an optical member or the like, a light-scattering film, a light-shielding film, and a lens unit having the light-shielding film. SOLUTION: In the method for forming the cured resin film, a surface irregular shape is formed by transfer on at least one surface of the cured resin film 3 formed of a cured resin composition and the cured resin film 3 is cured. The forming method forms the cured resin film having a step of applying pressure and heat in a state that the cured resin film 3 and a cast film 4 are laminated by using the cast film 4 for forming the surface irregular shape.
