PURPOSE: A fixing member invisible type panel frame structure is provided, which can easily separate a finishing member from a stepped unit to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A fixing member invisible type panel frame structure comprises: a stepped unit(50) which is formed in the edge portion of both end parts of the horizontal frame and perpendicular frame; an exposure unit(70) in which a fixing member fixed to the wall is inserted; a finishing member for finishing the stepped unit; one side plate unit(131) inserted and fixed into the horizontal frame; the other side plate unit which is formed vertically on the end part of one side plate unit; and a fixing plate(130) of which bent part is exposed to the stepped unit.
