The block (1) has a single piece body defining an internal circuit (2) provided with an upstream end (3) defining an inlet orifice for introducing cryogenic fluid. The circuit has two downstream ends (6, 7) that are connected with liquid and gaseous phases (L, G) of a cryogenic tank (8). The downstream ends are connected in parallel with the upstream end via pipes (4, 5), respectively. Manually controlled valves (9, 10) are arranged on the corresponding pipes. One of the pipes has an anti-return flap (11) that avoids the circulation of the fluid from downstream towards the upstream. An independent claim is also included for a method for filling a cryogenic tank.
