PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cavitation. SOLUTION: This liquid sealed vibration control device 10 includes: an outer cylinder 11 connected to any one of a vibration generating part and a vibration receiving part and an inner cylinder 12 connected to the other thereof; an elastic body 13 elastically connecting the outer cylinder 11 and the inner cylinder 12 to each other; and a partitioning member 15 partitioning a liquid chamber 16 inside the outer cylinder 11 into a main liquid chamber 17 and an auxiliary liquid chamber 18. A limiting passage 41 is formed to communicate the main liquid chamber 17 with the auxiliary chamber 18. The partitioning member 15 includes an elastically deformable membrane 50, and the peripheral part 52 of the membrane 50 is pinched between a fixed part 43b formed from a rigid body and an elastic deforming part 60 formed from a highly rigid elastic body harder than the membrane 50.
