PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sintering stock provided having a fine through-hole high in aspect ratio, also a method for producing the stock having the fine through-hole of a linear shape or a nonlinear shape such as a U-shape and a W-shape in which a fluid circulating through the fine through-hole does not chemically participate in a sintering stock being the base material, and does not diffuse from the sintering stock to the external world. SOLUTION: The method for producing a sintering stock provided with a fine through-hole is characterized in that the upper and lower pressing members 7, 9 are provided so as to be freely engaged and inserted to a cylindrical molding die 5, the half quantity of powder for sintering is charged to the molding die 5, a metal pipe 12 having a fine inside diameter is arranged on a flat face obtained by flattening the upper face of the powder, thereafter, the remaining half quantity is charged, the powder for sintering is molded and sintered by the upper and lower pressing members 7, 9 so as to produce a sintering stock, and both the edge parts of the metal pipe buried in the sintering stock are cut so as to be opened to the outside.
